• You have reviewed your design, text, colors, sizes, and product selections before confirming your order.
• Once production has started, customized orders generally cannot be modified or cancelled.

PrintMarq reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

4. User-Provided Designs & Intellectual Property

You are solely responsible for all artwork, logos, images, text, and other materials submitted to PrintMarq. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the rights to use the submitted material or have obtained all necessary permissions.
• Your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property rights.
• Your content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

PrintMarq is not responsible for verifying ownership of submitted artwork. You agree to indemnify and hold PrintMarq harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from your submitted content.

5. Design Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs, previews, mockups, and design approvals before production begins. Once approval has been given, PrintMarq cannot be held responsible for spelling mistakes, layout errors, incorrect colors selected by the customer, or other approved design elements.

6. Artwork Quality

The quality of the final printed product depends on the quality of the artwork provided. Low-resolution images, incorrect color profiles, or poor-quality files may affect print quality. PrintMarq is not responsible for quality issues resulting from customer-provided files.

7. Product Colors

We strive to display product colors and designs as accurately as possible. However, actual printed colors may vary slightly due to:

• Screen settings
• Monitor calibration
• Printing methods
• Material types
• Lighting conditions

Minor color variations do not constitute manufacturing defects.

8. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be completed before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. PrintMarq reserves the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be successfully processed.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. PrintMarq is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Customs clearance
• Weather conditions
• Public holidays
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Additional customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

10. Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Because customized products are made specifically for each customer, returns are generally accepted only if:
